Eloise Thatcher

Eloise Thatcher is currently the Systems Engineering Manager at Energy Systems Catapult, where Eloise leads a team to deliver projects and asset development to accelerate the UK's journey to Net Zero. Previously, Eloise worked at Rolls-Royce for over 15 years in various roles including Assistant Chief Design Engineer and Performance Engineer, specializing in engine technology development and testing. Thatcher holds a MEng in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London.
