Wayne Kilgore

Wayne Kilgore has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the energy industry. Wayne began their career at Advanced Control Engineering Services as a Project Engineer from 1996 to 1997. Wayne then worked at Production Operators Inc as a Project Engineer from 1997 to 2001, and later became a Senior Project Engineer from 2001 to 2002. Wayne advanced to the role of Engineering Manager from 2002 to 2003. Kilgore then moved to Exterran, where they served as a Project Engineer from 2003 to 2004, a Project Manager from 2004 to 2007, and finally as a Senior Project Manager from 2007 to 2008. Their current position is with Energy Transfer, where they have held the roles of Manager - Project Managers & Technical Support from 2008 to 2011, Staff Engineer from 2011 to 2014, Principal Engineer from 2014 to 2017, Director of Engineering from 2017 to 2022, and Sr. Director - Engineering from 2022 to 2023. Wayne is currently the Vice President - Engineering & Compliance at the company.

Wayne Kilgore obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville in 1995. Wayne is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Houston, with an expected completion date in 2023.
