Alyssa Williams

Alyssa Williams has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Alyssa started their career as a Recruiting and Staffing Consultant at JobGiraffe in 2016. Alyssa then joined Solomon Page as a Recruiting Manager for a brief period before moving on to SmileDirectClub, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager and later as a People & Talent Acquisition Program Manager. In 2020, Alyssa joined Groups360 as a Human Resources Manager. Most recently, they worked at Amazon as a Client Lead Recruiter until 2023. Alyssa is currently the Human Resources Director at Energybox, a position they have held since March 2023.
