Ben Narramore

Ben Narramore is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as an Associate Quality Manager at Energybox since July 2020, focusing on quality assurance for the Americas Team and process improvement within the Global Operations Team. Previously, Ben held the position of Quality Engineer, implementing test automation for IoT solutions and collaborating with ODM/OEM partners on product quality. Early career roles include Quality Engineering Intern, where significant contributions were made towards quality improvement projects, and experience as a Student Teaching Assistant at City University of Hong Kong, enhancing students' understanding of IoT technology. Ben's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from City University of Hong Kong, complemented by international experience through a semester exchange in Industrial Engineering at the University of Oulu.
