Sandra Peceva has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 with an internship at ELEM, Kozjak Hydro Power Plant. Sandra then interned at RADE KONčAR Kontaktori i Relei (LV Switchgear) in 2015. In 2020, Sandra had a traineeship at ProCredit Bank Macedonia, where they received online lectures and participated in various projects and presentations. Sandra was later assigned to the sector for business client advisor. In 2021, Sandra joined Myenergy as a Project Manager and continued in that role until 2022. Currently, since 2022, they work at Enfinity Global as a Project Development Manager.

Sandra Peceva completed a Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy Sources from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies, with a duration of four years from 2013 to 2017. Sandra then pursued a Master's degree in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, which lasted for two years from 2018 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Sandra has obtained several certifications related to various topics. In October 2020, they obtained certifications in "Children and Climate Change" from UNICEF, "Climate Change International Legal Regime" from UN Environment Programme and UNITAR, "Introduction to Sustainable Finance" from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, SEB, and Page, and "Sustainable Diet" from Danone and UNITAR.

Furthermore, Sandra obtained certifications in "Confronting Trauma," "Gender Matters," "Specialized module on Cities and Climate Change," "Environment, Natural Resources and UN Peacekeeping Operations: Restoring the Governance of Natural Resources," and "Specialized module on human health and climate change" from the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) in August and September 2020.
