Role Overview:

We are a fast-growing, dynamic digital marketing agency specializing in cutting-edge social media content creation. Our goal is to help brands tell powerful stories that captivate and resonate with their audiences. We’re looking for an energetic, ambitious, and creative Account Manager to drive client partnerships and optimize campaign success. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sports marketing, particularly football, and a proven history of managing digital campaigns across multiple channels. You will lead client relationships, ensure the successful delivery of high-quality campaigns, and work closely with internal teams to consistently exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and flawless execution of projects.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, design, and production, to deliver top-notch results.

  • Lead content strategy development with clients and oversee the creation and management of content calendars across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules.

  • Conceptualize and implement content strategies for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and LinkedIn as per the content calendar

  • Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring all timelines, deliverables, and budgets are managed effectively for on-time project completion.

  • Lead both internal and client meetings, presenting strategies, performance reports, and key results.

  • Track KPIs, monitor trends, and stay updated on platform changes, offering clients actionable insights with support from the Insights team.

  • Partner with the HR team to recruit the right talent for project execution.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure timely, high-quality output.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital agency or sports marketing environment.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies, with a particular focus on sports (football preferred). Experience working with sports brands, teams, or leagues is highly desirable.

  • Passion: A genuine passion for sports, particularly football, and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and deliver innovative content.

Skills:

  • A passion for social media content creation and digital marketing.

  • Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.

  • Excellent presentation and client management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of organization.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

  • Knowledge of the latest social media trends, analytics, and tools.
