Neil McKinnon

Neil McKinnon has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Neil currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer for EngageRM, a specialist in customer engagement for the sports and entertainment industries. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Product Officer for Soapbox.ai, where they led the design and product development of an AI-driven platform for intelligent enterprise service management. Neil also held the position of CEO at DXC Fruition ANZ, a global practice within DXC Technology, where they had overall responsibility for the business in Australia and New Zealand. Neil has also served as the CTO for UXC Keystone and as the Technical Director for Keystone Management Solutions. Neil began their career at TUSC Computer Systems as a Solutions Manager, where they worked on various implementation projects within the HP OpenView family of products.

Neil McKinnon attended Haileybury in 1984 and completed their HSC. From 1985 to 1987, they studied Computer Science and Applied Mathematics at Monash University, earning a BSc degree.
