Carlos Flores

Carlos Flores has over 25 years of experience in diverse roles within customer service and management. Currently serving as the Customer Service Team Lead and previously as a Senior Software Support Engineer at Engageware since May 2006, Carlos has developed strong leadership and technical skills. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager, Purchaser, Sales, and Payroll at the House of Guitars from 1998 to 2003. Carlos also served in the United States Air Force from 1990 to 1997 as a C141 Aircraft Load Master. Carlos holds degrees from The University of Texas at San Antonio and Berklee College of Music, further enhancing a robust background in both technical and artistic disciplines.
