James Fuller is an experienced professional in anti-doping and education within sports, currently serving as the Anti-Doping and Recreational Drugs Manager at England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) since January 2018. In this role, James has developed and delivered comprehensive anti-doping and recreational drugs testing programs, education initiatives, and stakeholder management strategies across First Class Cricket in England and Wales. Prior to joining ECB, James worked at UK Anti-Doping (UKAD) from September 2008 to December 2017, where roles included Education Partnerships Manager and Interim Head of Education and Athlete Support, focusing on education, stakeholder relationships, and the operational management of anti-doping strategies. James holds a BA Hons degree in History from the University of the West of England and A Levels in History, English, and Business from BHASVIC.
