Vanessa Nicholls

Vanessa Nicholls is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and project management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at English Heritage since April 2017, Vanessa contributes to the development of the Professional Services Team and oversees the Estates Department responsible for Historic Properties and Landscapes. Prior experience includes roles at CITB as Apprentice and Training Programme Manager and Company Development Adviser, where Vanessa effectively supported 2,400 employers and collaborated with key stakeholders such as Swindon Borough Council and the National Apprenticeship Service. Earlier in Vanessa's career, positions at Halifax included Project Manager for the introduction of Sellers Information Packs and Senior Branch Manager, where Vanessa improved the performance of three branches and subsequently undertook a secondment to head office as a Project Manager.
