Maggie Warren

Maggie Warren serves as the Chief Legal and Administrative Officer at Enhance Health since December 2023. Previously, Maggie held the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Vertafore from March 2017 to November 2023, where responsibility included managing a diverse team of legal, privacy, compliance, and cybersecurity professionals. Maggie's extensive experience encompasses roles such as Associate General Counsel at Clarivate Analytics and Thomson Reuters, as well as Of Counsel at TMW Legal Solutions and Owner of Warren Legal, PLLC. Throughout these positions, Maggie demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, data privacy, compliance, and proactive risk management, having successfully led significant initiatives and streamlined processes in various organizations. Maggie earned a JD, Cum Laude from Western Michigan University College of Law and a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado Denver.
