Stephen Dempsey

Stephen Dempsey has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Stephen most recently worked at Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. (EVS) as the VP of Operations, where they developed and implemented the corporate service management system, and established corporate processes and policies. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director of Professional Services at Intelligent Decisions, leading multiple programs and teams for defense projects. Stephen also managed the technical architecture and integration of enterprise systems for the Defense Logistics and Defense Energy. Before that, Dempsey worked at Miaco Inc. as a Sr. Consultant/Project Manager for Discovery Communications, overseeing a large multi-year project for integrating a scheduling and accounting system. Stephen began their career at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as a Sr. Systems Analyst, where they led systems development projects and served as an internal consultant.

Stephen Dempsey obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, with a double major in History, from Susquehanna University. In 2008-2009, they also earned an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, focusing on strategies, leading teams and organizations, and executive leadership. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: ITIL 4 Managing Professional, ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition, ITIL Expert, ITIL v3 2011 Managing Across the Lifecycle, ITIL v3 2011 Intermediate Qualification in Continual Service Improvement, Operational Support and Analysis, Release, Control and Validation, and Service Offerings and Agreements, ITIL v3 2011 Foundations, Project Management Professional, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), KCS v6 Practices Certification, Certified CMMI Associate, and ITIL 4 Managing Professional CPD.
