Paul Melby

Paul Melby is currently the Vice President of Data Science and Head of Entity Resolution Data Science at Enigma Technologies, Inc. Previously, Paul held senior positions at Vesta and Capital One, where Paul led teams in implementing fraud defenses and delivering innovative data products. Paul has a strong background in data science, with experience at companies such as Palantir Technologies, MITRE, and Qbit LLC. Paul holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Physics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.S. in Physics from Ohio University.
