Antonella Barbella has extensive experience in the catering and culinary arts field, specializing in events for participants ranging from 10 to 2000 across various locations, including Holland, Italy, New Jersey, and New York. Since 1998, Antonella has also been involved in sustainable culinary tours in the Abruzzo region of Italy, showcasing its rich culture and cuisine.
