Antonella Barbella

Antonella Barbella has extensive experience in the catering and culinary arts field, specializing in events for participants ranging from 10 to 2000 across various locations, including Holland, Italy, New Jersey, and New York. Since 1998, Antonella has also been involved in sustainable culinary tours in the Abruzzo region of Italy, showcasing its rich culture and cuisine. Current roles include promoting Italian gastronomy through show cooking at major Dutch events with ENIT and the Italian Chamber of Commerce, instructing at Hotelschool The Hague, and leading the Antonella Barbella Food Academy. Additionally, Antonella has created cooking videos during the COVID-19 pandemic, authored a cookbook titled "Cucina di Mamma," and conducted team-building cooking workshops. Antonella's work emphasizes authentic Italian cooking and connecting people through culinary experiences.
