Site Reliability Architect at Invoca

Daniel Pramann has extensive work experience in the field of site reliability engineering. Daniel currently holds the position of Principal Site Reliability Engineer at Invoca, where they have been working since April 2023. Previously, they worked as a Staff Site Reliability Engineer at Invoca from March 2020 to April 2023, and as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer from July 2019 to March 2020.

Before joining Invoca, Daniel worked at LAKANA as a Senior System Administrator from November 2014 to July 2019. Earlier in their career, Daniel worked at Five Star Quality Care as a Night Manager from September 2010 to May 2013 and as a Dietary Aide from March 2009 to September 2010. In these roles, they demonstrated excellent time management, attention to detail, and customer service skills.

Daniel Pramann attended Anoka-Ramsey Community College from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Daniel also earned several additional certifications, including the Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco Systems, Inc. in March 2013, as well as certifications in Computer Help Desk Specialist, Computer Network Security, and Network Support and Administration, all obtained from Anoka-Ramsey Community College in 2012.
