Joseph K. Gredder

Joseph K. Gredder is a seasoned Principal Scientist at Enlaza Therapeutics, leading upstream process development since October 2022. With extensive experience in bioprocess development, Joseph has held leadership roles at Absci, managing a team for the development of protein therapeutics and overseeing scale-up and tech transfer initiatives. Previous positions at BASF involved managing a cGMP pilot plant and focusing on data analysis and tech transfer processes. Joseph's background also includes optimizing CHO cell cultures at Agensys Inc., process development for microbial flavor and fragrance production at Manus Biosynthesis, and leading research projects related to gene therapy at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Joseph holds a Master's degree in Bioengineering from Tufts University and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
