Lana Banderk

Lana Banderk, CPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in Total Rewards and benefits management. Currently serving as Manager of Total Rewards at ENMAX since July 2017, Lana is responsible for developing and delivering initiatives that align with the organization's values and strategy. Prior to this role, Lana was the Manager of Benefits, Disability, & Compensation at Newalta for a decade, where responsibilities included SAP HR data analytics and designing tools for workforce optimization. Additional roles include Human Resources Specialist at Rangeland Pipeline Partnership, Human Resources Benefits Advisor at Shaw Communications, and Human Resources Coordinator at Enerflex Ltd. Lana holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from the University of Calgary.
