Ricardo Primon has held a variety of roles in the past. Ricardo began their career in 2013 as a Production Engineering Intern at Rousselot. In 2014, they moved to CASP S/A. Indústria e Comércio where they worked as a Process Engineering Intern. In 2016, they joined Catch.Co as an Account Manager, Marketing Associate, and Marketing Intern. In 2017, they worked as a Business Management Consultant at Farmácia Arcadas. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Wright Avenue Partners as a Business Development & Talent Acquisition Manager. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Red Hat as a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English, Portuguese), Team Lead, and Bilingual Associate Customer Support Specialist (English, Portuguese). Currently, they are working at enosix as a Business Development Representative and Channel Advocate.

Ricardo Primon completed their secondary education at Colégio COC Integrado in 2007. Ricardo then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering at Universidade São Francisco, which they completed in 2018. During this time, they also completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering at the University of Miami between 2015 and 2016. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2022, Time Management: Working from Home from LinkedIn in 2021, and Graphic Design Careers: First Steps from LinkedIn in 2018.
