Linda Lee

Linda Lee serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Enphase Energy since May 2021, focusing on advancing solar energy solutions. Prior to this role, Linda held the position of Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Visa from September 2018 to April 2021, overseeing significant recruitment initiatives for product development teams. At Samsung Next, from February 2015 to August 2018, Linda was the Director of Staffing, where efforts included building a comprehensive recruiting infrastructure and supporting global start-ups. Linda began a career at Amazon as a Recruiting Leader from January 2012 to November 2014, achieving a substantial increase in team capacity and managing high-volume recruitment. Linda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley.
