Tom Milic

Tom Milic has extensive work experience in logistics and operations management. Tom started their career at All County Air Conditioning and Heating in 1986 as a Field Installation Supervisor. In 1989, they became the Owner of All American Air. In 1992, they joined Argix Logistics and held various roles including Warehouse Supervisor, Operations Manager, Manager of West Coast Operations, General Manager of National Operations, Director of Terminal Operations, and finally Director of National Operations. From 2014 to 2015, Tom worked as the Director of National Operations at Argix Logistics. Finally, in 2016, they joined Enru Logistics and Postal Optimization as the Distribution Center Manager and later became the Director of Operations in 2023.

Tom Milic attended William Paterson University of New Jersey from 1995 to 1996, and Truckee Meadows Community College from 2003 to 2004, where they focused on Spanish Language Studies.
