Brian Wrenn has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Brian started their career as a Co-Op at Nortel Networks in 1997 and 1998. In 1999, they worked as a Data Applications Engineer at Nextel™ Communications. From 2000 to 2007, they held the position of Senior Modeling Engineer at OPNET Technologies, Inc. Following that, they worked as a Scientist at Raytheon BBN Technologies from 2007 to 2016. Since 2016, Brian has been working as a Software Engineer at ENSCO, Inc.
Brian Wrenn completed their education in a chronological order. Brian first attended Midlothian High School from 1990 to 1994. Following this, they enrolled at George Mason University from 1994 to 1996 to study Computer Science. Brian then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, a four-year program they completed from 1996 to 1999. After gaining their undergraduate degree, Brian went on to obtain a Masters of Science degree in Computer Science with a Bioinformatics Concentration from The Johns Hopkins University - Whiting School of Engineering from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, in 2009, they studied Energy and Environment in Developing Countries at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) for a short period of time.
