Matthew Lipphardt has a diverse work experience, starting from 2014. Matthew worked as a Registered Behavior Technician at Positive Behavior Supports Corp. from August 2014 to February 2017, providing direct behavior therapy to clients with disabilities and training parents in program implementation. At Eastern Florida Autism Center, they served as a Registered Behavior Technician from February 2017 to August 2018 and then as a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst from August 2018 to June 2020. In these roles, they collected data, analyzed it, and developed behavioral intervention strategies. Matthew also provided training and adjusted plans based on collected data. From July 2020 to February 2021, Matthew worked at GlobeChek LLC as a Software Developer, utilizing JavaScript, Vue.js, Python, Flask, and MySQL to develop software for use in ophthalmology. Matthew led a team in developing an electron-based app for controlling a specialized ophthalmology device. Currently, they are employed as a Junior Full Stack Developer at ENSCO, Inc., starting in February 2021.

Matthew Lipphardt completed a Full Stack Web Development Certification at UCF Coding Bootcamp from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, which they pursued from 2014 to 2016.
