Serge Nalbantian

Serge Nalbantian has had a varied and extensive work experience. Serge is currently serving as the Vice President of Development & Construction at Ensemble Real Estate Solutions & Investments since March 2021. From November 2019 to March 2021, they held the position of Senior Vice President and Development Director at The Goldenberg Group. Prior to that, Serge worked at Liberty Property Trust as a Vice President of Development from July 2013 to November 2019. Serge also worked as an Assistant General Manager at Saraya Aqaba Development Company from July 2012 to July 2013. Before that, they served as a Senior Manager of Business Development in the Real Estate & Hospitality sector at Mubadala Development Company from February 2009 to December 2011. Serge's previous roles include positions such as Director of Development at Liberty Property Trust from April 2006 to November 2008, Vice President at Brown Hill Development from January 2005 to April 2006, and Vice President at Trammell Crow Company from March 1998 to January 2005. Serge also held the position of Project Director at the Capital Program Office, City of Philadelphia from February 1997 to March 1998. Serge started their career as an architect in various architectural firms, working from 1980 to 1997.

Serge Nalbantian pursued their education in the field of architecture. Serge began their educational journey by obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Drexel University, which they completed in 1987. In the same year, they attended Temple University to further their knowledge in architecture.

Motivated to enhance their expertise, Serge pursued a Master's Degree in Architecture at the School of Architecture at Syracuse University. Serge enrolled in 1990 and completed their studies in 1991.

Alongside their formal education, Serge Nalbantian also secured various certifications in their field. Serge became a Registered Architect in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1989. Subsequently, in 1990, they earned a certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). Later, in 1995, Serge obtained the title of Registered Architect from the State of New Jersey.
