Aurore Gosset

Aurore Gosset currently serves as the Head of Talent & HR Development at Ensol since January 2024 and as a Mentor Recrutement at Incubateur HEC Paris since October 2023. Prior to these roles, Aurore founded Pulsar People from January 2022 to January 2024, specializing in recruitment processes for Founders and Managers. Aurore has also held positions in Talent Acquisition and Sales Management at Javelo by Tellent from June 2020 to December 2021, and worked as a Key Account & Project Manager at Saguez & Partners from 2018 to 2020, managing significant international and domestic accounts. Aurore's career began at Thales as a Juriste & Contract Manager in international business law. Education includes a Full Stack Developer certification from Le Wagon and multiple degrees in Business Law from Université de Tours.
