Brooke Montoya

Brooke Montoya, PHR has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Brooke is currently working as the Senior Director of Human Resources at ENT Specialty Partners since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Consultant at Elite HR from May 2022. Before joining Elite HR, Brooke worked at Monticello Health Services as a Human Resources Consultant from January 2023 to July 2023, and as the Director of Human Resources from November 2021 to January 2023. Their earlier experience includes roles at Lake Granbury Medical Center, where they worked as the Human Resource Director from December 2013 to October 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Generalist from October 2011 to December 2013, and started their career at the medical center as a Scheduler and Receptionist from February 2009 to October 2011.

Brooke Montoya, PHR earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Tarleton State University from 2005 to 2007. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science in Management degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management from Tarleton State University, expected to be completed in 2023. In addition, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in December 2020.
