Nancy Petersen

Nancy Petersen has extensive experience in the commercial real estate and banking industry. Nancy started their career in 1992 as the Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Manager at Hanover Capital Partners Ltd, where they were responsible for managing a large portfolio of multifamily loans. Nancy then moved on to US Bank in 1998, taking on the role of Vice President in Commercial Real Estate. At US Bank, they focused on origination and management of commercial real estate loans. In 2003, Nancy joined Wells Fargo as a Vice President in Commercial Real Estate, where they furthered their expertise in loan origination, underwriting, and portfolio management. Nancy then assumed the position of Senior Private Banker at Wells Fargo in 2017. Most recently, Nancy has been working as the SVP and Director of Commercial Real Estate in the St. Louis Region at Enterprise Bank & Trust, specializing in banking and lending solutions for investors and developers of commercial real estate. Their experience spans over two decades and includes extensive knowledge in underwriting, loan documentation, appraisal reviews, and portfolio management.

Nancy Petersen has attained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia. The specific field of study during their time there is unknown.
