Janardhan Reddy

Janardhan Reddy has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Janardhan started their career in 2016 as an HR Recruiter at DelEx Consulting Pvt Ltd. After working there for two years, they joined General Motors as a Technical Recruiter in 2018. Later in the same year, they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Capgemini Engineering, where they worked until 2021. In 2022, they joined Tech Mahindra as a Human Resources Specialist and then moved on to Enterprise Minds, Inc. in 2023, where they currently hold the position of Lead Human Resources Specialist.

From 2012 to 2014, Janardhan Reddy pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Sri Venkateswara University.
