Amir Baig

Amir Baig has extensive work experience in the field of data architecture and database administration. Amir has held various roles in different companies, starting with their role as a Database Instructor at Learning Tree International from 1997 to 1998. Amir then worked as a Senior Database Administrator at EP ENERGY from 2002 to 2006, followed by a role as a Senior Database Administrator at Calpine from 2006 to 2007. Amir then joined BMC Software as a Data Architect/Sr. Database Administrator from 2007 to 2009, before moving on to EP ENERGY again, this time as a Senior Database Administrator from 2009 to 2011. Amir then worked at BG Group as a Business Intelligence Architect/DBA from 2011 to 2012, and currently holds the position as a Data Architect/Business Intelligence Lead at Enterprise Products since 2012.

Amir Baig obtained a B.E. degree in Computer Systems Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology from 1983 to 1989. Amir later pursued an M.S. degree in Computer Science from Wayne State University between 1990 and 1993. Additionally, they received a Certificate in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University in 2008.
