Angeline L. has a diverse and extensive work experience in HR roles. Angeline started their career as a Training & HR Executive at Raffles Town Club Pte Ltd in 2003. Angeline then worked at SPRING Singapore as a Manager HR, where they were responsible for recruitment, internship, scholarship, and branding and outreach. Afterwards, Angeline joined the Monetary Authority of Singapore as an Associate in HR, where they evaluated training programs and participated in cross-functional projects. Angeline then moved to Certis CISCO Security Pte Ltd as an Assistant Manager, Talent Resourcing, managing end-to-end recruitment and leading employee branding initiatives. Angeline then worked at Fraser & Neave (Singapore) Pte Ltd as an Assistant Manager, Corporate Human Resource, providing support and guidance in daily HR operations. Angeline also worked at Health Promotion Board as a Manager, Human Resource, partnering with line managers on recruitment and managing various HR initiatives. Angeline joined Enterprise Singapore as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they engaged with line managers on strategic HR advice and solutions. Angeline was later seconded to IMDA as an HR Business Partner. Throughout their career, Angeline has demonstrated strong HR expertise and a focus on talent acquisition and development.

Angeline L. has a Master's degree in International Business from Monash University. Angeline also holds a Master's degree in HRM (Human Resource) from the same university. Before their Master's degrees, they completed Foundation Studies at Trinity College, Melbourne Australia. Angeline then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology and Japanese at the University of Melbourne. Following their Bachelor's degree, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and HRM from the University of Melbourne.
