Guofan Zhang

Guofan Zhang has a diverse work experience in the field of business analysis and IT. Starting from 2008, Guofan worked as a System Analyst at Singtel, where they analyzed existing systems, gathered requirements, and coordinated with external vendors. In 2011, they joined StarHub as a Senior Business Analyst, where they collaborated with stakeholders to analyze business initiatives and translate them into system requirements. Guofan then moved to Singapore Post Ltd in 2019 as a Business Analyst, where they conducted proof of concept, performed impact analysis, and created functional specifications. Following this, Guofan worked at FedEx as a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner, involved in revamping legacy scanning systems and supporting existing systems. Currently, Guofan holds positions as a Senior Business Analyst at GovTech Singapore and as a Business Partner (IT Business Analyst) at Enterprise Singapore, starting in 2023.

Guofan Zhang earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National University of Singapore from 2004 to 2008. In 2007, they also pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Technical University of Munich. Additionally, Zhang has obtained several certifications, including SAFe 5 Practitioner Certification, SAFe 5 Product Owner Product Manager Certification, SAFe Agilist Certification Certification, Data-Driven Decision-Making for Business Professionals from LinkedIn, and Digital Technologies Case Studies: AI, IOT, Robotics, Blockchain from LinkedIn.
