Mike Szczech

Mike Szczech has extensive work experience in quality assurance and leadership roles. Mike started their career at Xerox as a Senior QA Analyst and Fire/HazMat Captain. Mike then worked at Value Health Sciences as a Team Lead/Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and later became a Project Manager. Mike also served as the Director of Product Support at Salick Health Care and as the Director of Front End Development & QA at Firstlook.com. Mike then joined HeathCare Partners as the Manager of Decision Support and L.A. Care Health Plan as the Lead Systems Analyst. Currently, Mike is working at Entertainment Partners, where they have held various positions including Principal Quality Assurance Engineer, Manager of Quality Assurance, Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. Mike has been responsible for leading teams, developing automated testing solutions, and setting standards for testing and source control.

Mike Szczech's education history begins with their high school education at Chaminade College Prep from 1978 to 1981. After completing high school, they attended UC San Diego from 1981 to 1985, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Following their undergraduate studies, Mike pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Public Health from UCLA, where they studied from 1996 to 1998. Additionally, in 2010, they obtained a certification in ISTQB Foundation Level from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
