Ashley Baker, CSM

Ashley Baker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ashley began their career as a Food Server at Balboa Cafe from October 2010 to May 2017. In March 2017, they briefly worked as a Junior Designer at Stone Interiors. From February 2018 to April 2021, Ashley worked at TELUS International as an Office and Project Manager. In this role, they managed multiple projects, implemented site-wide initiatives, and coordinated client visits. Ashley also co-created and launched global engagement events and celebrations, provided administrative support, and acted as a designated point of contact for employees. Currently, Ashley Baker works as a Project Manager in Cybersecurity at e360, starting in June 2021.

Ashley Baker, CSM completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design at San Francisco State University from 2015 to 2017. In 2019, they pursued a Certificate Program in Project Management at California State University-Sacramento. Additionally, in March 2022, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
