Nathan Smileye

Nathan Smileye has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Nathan started their career at State Street Corporation in 2007 as a Midrange Operations Manager, where they provided enterprise-level support for pricing applications and system support. Nathan also conducted application disaster recovery tests and trained staff on new products and service enhancements. Nathan then joined State Street in 2011 as a Data Center Operations Manager, responsible for managing data center operations. In 2012, they joined IBM as a Data Center Operations Manager, where they provided early response to system incidents and failures, collaborating with different teams. In 2014, Nathan joined State Street again as a Vice President Major Incident Manager, overseeing major incidents. Recently, in 2018, they joined Entrata as the Regional Vice President and later became the Vice President of Sales.

Nathan Smileye completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Graphic Design from Chubb Institute in 2004. Nathan also pursued Management Information Systems, General at UMass Boston, but specific dates and a degree name were not provided.
