Maria Juliana Leal has a diverse work experience in various companies. Maria Juliana started their career as a Practicante at CEMEX in 2009. Maria Juliana then worked as an Ejecutiva de Cuenta at BEA Digital S.A. from 2010 to 2012, where they focused on sales strategy and digital marketing.

Following that, they joined Starcom MediaVest Group as a Planner Digital from 2012 to 2014, where they coordinated and implemented digital communication campaigns for clients like Movistar and Coca Cola.

Maria then worked at Sodimac Colombia as a Coordinadora de comunicaciones digitales y CRM Colcerámica from 2014 to 2015, where they were responsible for coordinating projects in social media and participated in the company's website transition.
