Scott Gruenke

Scott Gruenke has over 20 years of work experience in the field of equipment engineering services and technical support. Scott started their career as a Technical Support Engineer at Speedfam in 1994 and worked there until 1999. Scott then joined Applied Materials as a Customer Engineer III in 1999 and stayed there until 2005. At Applied Materials, Scott gained experience in maintaining and servicing the Mirra and Mirra Mesa Chemical Mechanical Planarization systems.

In 2005, Scott joined Intel as a Level IV Maintenance Technician and worked on maintaining and implementing improvements to the Mirra Mesa Chemical Mechanical Planarization systems. Scott also developed and instructed technical classes for the repair and maintenance of wafer handling robots.

From 2006 to 2011, Scott worked at ST Microelectronics as part of the Equipment Engineering Services team.

Since 2012, Scott has been working at Entrepix as a New Product Development Manager. Their responsibilities include managing the development of replacement parts and upgrades for the Applied Materials Mirra, Mirra Mesa, and Reflexion systems.
