Kristen Baker

Kristen Baker, MPA, is the owner of Go to Gaia Crystals, LLC, a crystal shop established in August 2021, offering a variety of crystal products. In addition, Kristen serves as a Senior Environmental Analyst at Environmental Design & Research, where responsibilities include the development and permitting of significant energy projects. Previously, Kristen worked as an Excelsior Service Fellow at NYSERDA, contributing to emission reduction initiatives and renewable energy strategies for New York State. Kristen's background includes a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Environmental Policy from Syracuse University - Maxwell School and a Bachelor of Science in Conservation Biology, awarded summa cum laude from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Prior roles also include committee leadership and coaching positions, demonstrating diverse skills across organization and mentoring.
