Jeff Mitsou

Jeff Mitsou has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Jeff started their career as a Desktop Support Technician at North Kingstown School District in 2015 and later worked as a FSC (Fire Safety Coordinator) at Laerdal Medical. In 2017, they joined loanDepot as a Helpdesk Support Analyst.

In 2018, Jeff worked as a Technical Support Specialist at PROCURRI, where they stayed until 2021. During this time, they also worked as a Freelance Web Designer/Programmer.

In 2021, Jeff joined Ximedica as a Desktop Support Specialist and later transitioned to Veranex in the same role. In 2022, they worked as an Independent Contractor at Barrister Global Services Network.

Currently, Jeff is working as an Engineering Support Technician at Envision Technology Advisors. Jeff also has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of NerdiWare in 2020.

Jeff Mitsou began their education at Providence Skill Center in 2006 and obtained their GED in 2008. In 2009, they attended Year Up, Inc and earned a certificate in Tech Support the following year. Jeff then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Full Sail University, where they studied Mobile Development from 2011 to 2014. Recently, in 2021 and 2022, they enrolled at CareerDevs to further their education in Computer Software Engineering. Additionally, Jeff has obtained several certifications, including a Certificate of Completion from Barrister Global Services Network, Inc. in 2023, and certifications in PHP with MySQL Essential Training and Foundations of Programming: Fundamentals from lynda.com in 2015 and 2014 respectively.
