Jennifer Ray has a diverse work experience spanning across several companies. Jennifer started their career at Grainger as a Customer Service Manager, where they oversaw customer service and employee relations. Jennifer then moved on to Woodward, Inc., where they took on various roles, including Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Engineering Program Manager, and Director of Strategic Programs. In these positions, they managed projects, led teams, and achieved sales growth while maintaining profitability targets. Jennifer also worked at Otter Products as the Vice President of Global Program Management, Vice President of Mobile Cases and Tablets Category, and Executive Vice President of Business Process. In these roles, they were responsible for global strategy, P&L management, and driving revenue growth through business strategies and continuous improvement activities. Currently, Jennifer is working at Envision Healthcare as the Director of IT Organizational Effectiveness & Oracle HCM Program Director. Jennifer'sprimary responsibility is leading the implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management software to improve HR and Payroll business performance and efficiency. Jennifer also provides strategic and tactical program leadership, leads IT department initiatives, and serves as a thought leader on technology innovation and adoption.

Jennifer Ray has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Colorado State University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from the same university.
