Mitchell G. has a strong background in human resources and finance, with experience in various leadership roles. Mitchell started their career as a Human Resources Manager/Assistant Director of Finance at DoubleTree by Hilton in 2013. From 2016 to 2019, Mitchell worked as a Human Resources Director at Waterstone Resort & Marina, Curio Collection by Hilton. In 2020, they held the position of Human Resources Director at The DeSoto. Currently, Mitchell is working at EOS Hospitality, first as an Area Director of Human Resources and now as the Regional Director of People and Culture. Their expertise and experience in HR and finance make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Mitchell G. graduated from Bethlehem Area Vocational-Technical School with a Diploma of Education in Hospitality Administration/Management. Mitchell then attended ITT Technical Institute and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Mitchell has also earned additional certifications including a Professional Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University, a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Minnesota, a Professional Certificate in Culture Driven Team Building from The Wharton School, and they are a Notary Public for the state of Florida.
