Ll.m. Eur Rena Rafikhanova

Rena Rafikhanova, LL.M. Eur, is currently employed as a Senior Legal Counsel / Corporate Legal at EOS Gruppe since October 2021. Prior to this, Rena worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from October 2016 to October 2021, where Rena held positions as Senior Transaction Lawyer and Transaction Lawyer. Rena also has experience as an Associate at Omni Law Firm in March 2012. Rena has a diverse legal background, specializing in finance and banking, commercial and corporate law, M&A, Joint Ventures, insurance, and international commercial arbitration. Additionally, Rena has a strong educational background with a Master's degree in International Law from Baku State University.
