Doyle Flannery

Doyle Flannery has over two decades of experience, starting with a role as Division Officer in the US Navy in 2000. Doyle progressed in the Navy, taking on positions such as Squadron Department Head, Requirements Analyst, and International Project Manager. In their last role in the US Navy, they were a Posture Planner between 2020 and 2023. In 2023, they became a Program Manager at EOTECH.

Doyle Flannery earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marine Transportation from the State University of New York Maritime College from 1996-2000. In 2018-2019, they attended the University of Arkansas, where they earned a Master of Science in Operations Management and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management.
