Kaylynn Hatting

Kaylynn Hatting is an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Manager at Electrical Power Products since August 2022. Previously, from August 2016 to August 2022, Kaylynn held various roles at Pella Corporation, including Continuous Improvement Engineer - III, Process Engineer - I, and Department Manager, where significant contributions included mentoring technicians, overseeing productivity projects with substantial cost savings, and implementing Lean Manufacturing processes. Kaylynn also served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Iowa State University, and gained early experience as an Environmental, Health and Safety Intern and Safety Engineer Intern at Alcoa. Kaylynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering - Industrial Technology from Iowa State University.
