Katarzyna Bylec

Katarzyna Bylec is an accomplished Senior Software Engineer at EPAM Systems since April 2014 and serves as Vice-President and co-founder of the GIK Association, where efforts focus on promoting and organizing events for the IT community in Poland. With a rich background in software engineering, Katarzyna has experience from Franklin Templeton Investments and the Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center, where contributions included system analysis and development in various EU-funded projects. Additionally, as a technical leader at Finite, responsibilities included system design, team coordination, and client consulting. Katarzyna holds a Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Bioinformatics from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
