Maksim Shaidulin

Maksim Shaidulin is a seasoned systems engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at EPAM Systems since July 2020, Maksim enhances and administers AWS EKS-based CloudBees CD/RO, integrating it with various external systems. Previously, as the Development Team Lead and Technical Product Owner at Konverso, Maksim established core engineering processes and led a cross-functional team of 10 engineers. Additionally, Maksim has a robust background at Rocket Software, progressing from a QA engineer to Manager and Team Lead, focusing on telecom and business intelligence projects. Early in the career, Maksim worked as a Control System Engineer at UTNP. Maksim holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from South Ural State University.
