Olesia Kyrylchuk

Olesia Kyrylchuk is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of People for Asia East and Pacific at EPAM Systems. Olesia has previously held significant roles such as Human Resources Director at IGD Company and Vice-President of Human Resources at Miratech, along with experience as an HR Manager at IBM Ukraine. Additionally, Olesia contributed to academia as a non-staff lecturer at the School of Public Health of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and has an extensive educational background, which includes a Master's degree in Philosophy from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and certification as a Coach-Consultant in Organization from Wiesbaden Academy of Psychotherapy in Germany.
