Paweł Piątkowski

Paweł Piątkowski is a seasoned professional in bioinformatics and systems engineering, currently serving as Lead Systems Engineer at EPAM Systems since July 2024. Previous roles include DevOps Engineer and Lead Genomic Systems Architect at Intelliseq, where responsibilities involved designing Kubernetes-based infrastructures and building scientific computing tools. Paweł held the position of Senior Bioinformatics DevOps Engineer at MNM Diagnostics, co-developing cloud-based computational infrastructures and maintaining computational pipelines. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Bioinformatics Software Engineer at Roche, focusing on R programming, software engineering, and exploratory genomics, along with roles as a bioinformatician in various organizations.
