Sylwia Zajchowska

Sylwia Zajchowska is a senior recruiter at EPAM Systems since April 2022, following the merger of PolSource with the company. Previously, Sylwia Zajchowska worked as an IT recruiter at PolSource from November 2021 to March 2022. Before that, extensive experience in research and recruitment was gained at Sowelo Consulting sp. z o.o. sp. k., serving in various roles including senior consultant, consultant, and trainee consultant from September 2015 to November 2021. Sylwia Zajchowska holds a Master’s Degree in English Philology from Uniwersytet Rzeszowski (2014-2016) and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Philology from Krosno State College (2009-2012).
