Cathleen LeClere

Cathleen LeClere has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cathleen started their career as a Police Sergeant at the Cheyenne Police Department in 1994, where they supervised a team of patrol officers and led the police half of the Cheyenne Fire Investigation Team. In 2021, Cathleen worked as a Materials Inspector for System One, where they inspected and checked project materials for Northern Natural Gas. Currently, they hold the role of Field Office Manager for Epcon's Kinder Morgan project, where they are responsible for record keeping and presentation of reports and certifications.

Cathleen LeClere has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Additionally, they have received training at Arapahoe Community College's Colorado POST-certified Police Academy. Cathleen has also completed courses in EnCase Computer Forensics, specializing in Computer Forensics Investigations. Furthermore, Cathleen has pursued education in digital recovery and analysis, completing both Basic and Intermediate courses at the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C.org). In 2023, they attended the Northern Natural Gas Inspectors' Training, though the specific field of study for this training is not specified.
