Nathaniel Jewell has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies and roles.

Starting from 1997, they worked as a Certified Welder/Fitter at Wilsons Welding Service, where they focused on fabricating and welding pipe and structural assemblies in the offshore oilfield industry.

In 1999, they joined Mississippi Space Services as an NDE/QA Inspector. Here, they were involved in inspecting piping, pressure vessels, structures, and weldments, using various inspection methods such as industrial radiography, ultrasonic thickness testing, visual inspection, and more. Nathaniel also worked as a Component Technician, responsible for processing valves, components, piping, and tubing.

In 2007, Nathaniel moved on to Jacobs Technology, where they continued their role as a Certified NDE/QA Inspector - Shoplead. Nathaniel maintained their responsibilities in inspecting and evaluating piping, pressure vessels, structures, and weldments.

From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Syncom Space Services S3 as a Certified NDE/QA Inspector Shoplead. Nathaniel had the same responsibilities as their previous roles, with additional certifications in ASNT ACCP VT, MT, PT, RT, UTT, and LT LV1, as well as AWS CWI, API 577, and NACE CIP2.

In 2017, they joined Gulf Interstate Field Services as a Senior Craft QA Inspector, where they worked until 2018. Nathaniel resumed their role of inspecting craft and ensuring quality assurance.

In 2019, Nathaniel had two roles. First, at Epcon Partners, Inc., they served as a Discipline Lead. Later that year, they joined Airswift as a Pipeline Lead / Welding-Coating, where they oversaw pipeline projects until 2023.

Most recently, Nathaniel started working at Epcon in 2023 as a Lead Welding Inspector.

Throughout their career, Nathaniel has gained expertise in welding, inspection methods, quality assurance, and project leadership.

Nathaniel Jewell received a Diploma from Hancock High School. In 2006, they enrolled in Hellier NDT Training where they pursued Nondestructive Testing from 2006 to 2012. Nathaniel also obtained several additional certifications including the API 1169 Pipeline Construction Inspector certification from API - American Petroleum Institute in August 2016, the NACE Coating Inspector Level 2 certification from NACE International, The Worldwide Corrosion Authority in November 2015, the API 577 Weld Inspection and Metallurgy certification from API - American Petroleum Institute in August 2015, the ACCP VT LVII certification from The American Society for Nondestructive Testing in March 2015, the AWS CWI certification from American Welding Society in March 2015, the API 570 Piping Inspector certification from API - American Petroleum Institute in November 2017, the API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspector certification from API - American Petroleum Institute in February 2017, and the Industrial Radiography Certification from the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality in April 2007.
