Alec F. is a seasoned game designer with extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as Lead Designer at Epic Games since September 2023, focusing on engagement and monetization for Lego Fortnite. Prior to this, Alec held multiple design leadership roles at DPS Games, including Design Director for the World of Tanks franchise and Tomorrow Falls. Previous positions include Player Investment Director at Ubisoft, where Alec led the development of retention and monetization features, and Production Monetization Team Manager at Wargaming.net.
